    What a lifesaver...literally!

    I recently had a rash of patients who thought their heroin was cut w/fentanyl, only to have negative testing on the 12-test dipstick and a low withdrawal score 10 to 12 hours after their last dosing. Thusly, I emergently ordered the fentanyl dips and sure enough they were positive. So it is a must!
