The Identify Health 8-panel urine drug test cup combines specimen collection and multi-drug screening in one device. Using a single human urine sample, it screens for amphetamines, cocaine, fentanyl, norfentanyl, opiates, oxycodone, phencyclidine (PCP), and cannabinoids, including marijuana. Each panel provides an individual result.

The cup includes separate fentanyl and norfentanyl panels, with cutoffs of 1 ng/mL and 5 ng/mL, respectively. Norfentanyl is a metabolite produced when the body processes fentanyl and may remain detectable in urine after fentanyl itself falls below its cutoff. The separate panel offers an additional way to screen for this metabolite.

Collect urine directly in the cup, replace the lid, and follow the included instructions. Read the results at 5 minutes. Interpret each panel using its own control and test lines; a faint test line is considered negative. Results are preliminary. Any preliminary positive should be confirmed using a more specific laboratory method, such as GC/MS or LC/MS.

Each test cup is individually pouched and intended for single use. Store sealed cups at 2–30°C and do not freeze. Once a pouch is opened, use the cup within one hour. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the pouch.
