FDA Declares war on controversial herb: Kratom
In recent years, Kratom has become an opiates alternative treatment for pain by some doctors. The US FDA has now ruled Kratom to be a potential killer. To date, the herbal drug has been linked to 36 deaths and it's side effects include: liver damage, withdrawal, and seizures. CDC Guidelines for Prescribing Opiates for Chronic Pain with Urine Drug Testing — United States, 2016
