Norfentanyl Tests (FEN)

A norfentanyl urine drug test screens for norfentanyl, a metabolite produced when the body processes fentanyl. Norfentanyl may remain detectable in urine after fentanyl itself falls below a test’s cutoff, so a dedicated norfentanyl assay can provide additional screening information. MDG offers urine test kits with a separate norfentanyl screening panel. Results are preliminary and should be confirmed with an appropriate laboratory method.
